The bed and pillows were just right for us. We had a very comfortable night's sleep. The desk staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast afforded a lot of options even if the overall quality of the food wasn't great.

The hotel is right in the middle of the centre of York walking distance to everything. The room was lovely very clean. Even down to the toilet roll pointed in like an arrow. Staff was very friendly really happy to help. It was nice to see a waffle maker In the breakfast room.

loved the cleanliness of rooms and the variety of options at breakfast. Liked the air con . Location is excellent. Breakfast Excellent. Cleanliness excellent. liked the little bar & nibbles. Liked the modern clean style, TV and tea-making facilities

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Good choice, particularly enjoyed the fact I could slice my own very tasty bread. Would have preferred fresh fruit and not tinned for fruit salad.

This hotel is a great location close to the railway station and the historic center of York. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was in quiet area.

Lovely comfort room. Allowed me to check in early. Very clean, comfy bed, great TV, fab shower. Bar food was decent. Overall very nice place to stay.

The location which was near the station and the centre of the city was ideal. A lovely quiet room met with our expectations. A great place to stay.
